The future design of the company headquarters is characterized by striking green enamelled ceramic struts that give the building a linear and modern appearance. Around 200 apartments open up opposite Lohsepark and turn away from the eastern railway tracks. The façade towards the park will be accentuated with classic clinker bricks. It will also be equipped with many cantilever balconies.
Office space will be extended over 44,000 square meters, and around 200 apartments will be added to enable employees among others to have affordable living space directly at their workplace.
KREBS+KIEFER is looking forward to providing all services in building physics, thermal insulation, building and room acoustics as well as pollutants control for this exciting major project.
