Dr. Sören Mueller to give a lecture at NANODUR Dyckerhoff
On 3 May 2017, the "10 years NANODUR Concrete" anniversary event took place at Dyckerhoff in Kirchheimbolanden. As an outstanding KREBS + KIEFER scientist in this field, Dr. Mueller was invited to give a lecture on "The UHPC parabolic troughs made of Nanodur concrete for solar thermal power plants".
As one of twelve speakers, Dr. Mueller reported on his experience before an interdisciplinary audience of around 100 engineers from a wide range of backgrounds from the fields of construction and mechanical engineering.

In the course of his research, Dr. Mueller studied this material in great detail and was able to produce a large-scale model for the element of a parabolic concrete trough collector.
