After reconstruction of the building, there will be an area of around 3,000 square me-tres for a public reading room with a library, archive and newspaper reports, a perma-nent exhibition, changing exhibitions and a quite room for private thinking.
The architect's design unites the parts of the building that are listed with a new, mod-ern and highly functional museum building. The permanent exhibition level in the new building section was designed as a "free-standing" visible concrete cube.
