The former “headlights hall” of Frieseke & Hoepfner, now protected as a cultural heritage monument, received a new breath of life. A new age of living and working has taken up residence in it with a modern, first-class and efficient design. The overall atmosphere expresses itself in high-tech facilities for sports, recreation, community - with all the necessary extras and stylish imple-mentations suited for the younger tenant.
In addition to 303 identical 1-room apartments the Living Center offers a variety of common areas (TV room, a library and a communal kitchen), a guest apartment and a caretaker's flat, administrative offices as well as a fitness studio with sauna. Each apartment is equipped with a fully furnished living area including kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a balcony or terrace. Some of the apartments are designed wheelchair accessible and barrier-free. You enter into a typical foyer on the ground floor, which spans across two floors and offers a coffee bar. In the basement you can conveniently leave your car in the onsite underground garage with a total of 67 parking spaces. A sundeck on the rooftop next to the mezzanine level with outdoor swimming pool and basketball court invites you to relax and move about freely enjoying the fresh air.
