„Green light for tunnel safety“ at KREBS+KIEFER
At the moment, the traffic lights on the A 1 motorway in front of the noise protection enclosure at Köln-Lövenich still show red at night, so that testing of the safety equipment can be carried out. As part of the „Sicherheitsbeauftragte im Rheinland“ consortium, Krebs und Kiefer is involved in these acceptance procedures.
For our tunnel safety team, the lights have already changed back to green. In a Europe-wide VOF procedure, the prices and performance of our bidding consortium have once again proved convincing.

After the contract was extended for a further five years, our Mr. Embert-Kreiser was officially appointed RABT Safety Officer on 23rd October 2013.
The „Sicherheitsbeauftragte im Rheinland“ consortium has been working for the motorway office in Krefeld since 2008 and is now responsible for safety in 28 tunnels during construction, upgrading and operations. We are very pleased to be able to continue in our role of Safety Officers for ANL Krefeld and Straßen.NRW.
