In Germany, the building stock is about 75% older than 30 years. The requirement to use damaged outer walls and roofs, damp cellars and balconies is constantly increasing both in the area of existing stock and in new builds.
It is becoming increasingly significant to make use of a neutral and objective buildings expert who is capable of documenting faults and their causes in the area of building acceptance and damage detection, as well as to develop expert solutions and compile expert reports.
Mr Windmüller studied civil engineering at the Technical Specialist University of Berlin and obtained his degree in 1993. Since 2006, he has been employed by KREBS+KIEFER in Berlin and works as a project manager for structural engineering and technical verification.
KREBS+KIEFER cordially congratulates Mr Windmüller on his successful certification.
