The ca. 70 m high St. Martin Tower and the neighboring St. Martin Wing, which is almost 30 m high, are being built to the north of the Katharinenkreisel roundabout according to a design by Frankfurt architects msm Meyer Schmitz-Morkramer. After completion, they will provide ca. 16.835 m² (Tower) and ca. 7.350 m² (Wing) of high-quality office space. A generous plaza will be created on top of the underground car park shared by both buildings, which has around 380 parking spaces.
